Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, simply email us at: [email protected] with your name, email, and order number and let us know that you would like to cancel. Your order cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.Β 

I accidentally put the wrong address in my order, what should I do?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address. We wont be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect delivery address that was provided by the customer. If you did enter an incorrect address, email us immediately to let us know.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Our order confirmations are automated and sent out immediately after you place an order. Please check your spam/junk mail if you didn’t receive your order confirmation in your inbox. If you have not received an order confirmation after 4 hours, please email us.Β 

How can I check the status of my order/track my order??

Do you offer returns?

We are not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, We reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving their order. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process, send us an email.Β

My items arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our contact us page. Please note you will need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.

I received incorrect items in my order. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. When contacting us, provide your order number with your inquiry.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we only accept Interac e-Transfer. We are working on accepting credit card payments in the near future, and crypto payments

Unfortunately, we only ship within Canada. We will ship anywhere in Canada.Β 

How long does shipping take?

Once you place your order and your payment is received, we will begin to process your order for shipping immediately. We pride ourselves on offering Next Day Shipping to all our customers. We also offer Expedited Shipping, Free Expedited Shipping and Express Shipping Options.Β

Do you offer express shipping?

We offer express shipping however due to its high cost, we only apply it manually to orders. You may place an order regularly and then contact us to request express shipping. If we can accommodate it, we will let you know how much the difference in price will be and you can send the amount so we can upgrade to express shipping
